PTEXIM CORP is committed to supplying spice products that meet the quality specifications mutually agreed upon with our Customers. We strive to resolve any concerns promptly, fairly, and professionally in accordance with the terms of the applicable sales contract.

If customers identify any discrepancy regarding product quality, specifications, quantity, packaging, or the condition of the goods upon receipt, they are encouraged to notify PTEXIM CORP as soon as reasonably possible and provide relevant information, photographs, inspection reports, or other supporting documents to facilitate the review process.

Upon receiving a claim, PTEXIM CORP will carefully investigate the matter in cooperation with the customer. Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include product replacement, shipment of missing quantities, corrective actions, commercial settlement, or other mutually agreed solutions, subject to the terms of the relevant sales agreement.

This policy does not apply to damage or quality deterioration resulting from improper handling, storage, transportation, or use after the transfer of responsibility under the agreed Incoterms or contractual arrangements.
